Inspections & Consultations
How quickly can you inspect my home?Open
Within 48 hours for non-emergency inspections, and within 4 hours for active storm or water emergencies.
Do you charge for an inspection or consultation?Open
No. Inspections, storm damage assessments, and initial design consultations are complimentary.
What do I receive after an inspection?Open
A written report with photos, a clear recommendation, and — if applicable — a documented scope you can submit to your insurer.
Insurance Claims
Will you work with my insurance company?Open
Yes. We work directly with every major North Carolina insurer, including State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Nationwide, Erie, and Liberty Mutual.
Who pays for what?Open
You pay your deductible. We bill your insurance company directly for the approved scope of work.
Will you meet my adjuster on-site?Open
Yes. We meet your adjuster on-site to walk the damage together and align on the full scope before approval.
Project Scheduling
How far out are you scheduling?Open
Roofing and exterior projects: typically 2–4 weeks. Insurance restoration: scheduled around adjuster approval. Design-build: scheduled after design phase is complete.
Who is my point of contact during the project?Open
A dedicated project manager. They are on-site regularly, communicate with you weekly, and own every detail of the schedule.
What does daily communication look like?Open
Weekly homeowner walkthroughs, a Friday written update, and a project manager you can reach by text any business day.
Payment & Warranty
How does payment work?Open
Payments are tied to clear project milestones outlined in your contract. There are no surprise charges, and you'll always know exactly what's due and when.
What warranty do you provide?Open
A 25-year workmanship warranty on roofing and exterior projects, plus the full manufacturer material warranty. Design-build includes a 60-day and 365-day walkthrough.
Is your work transferable to a new owner?Open
Yes. Manufacturer and workmanship warranties are transferable to subsequent owners on most systems.
